| The 2016 Halloween Parade is sponsored by the Parkesburg Lions Club. Mr. Jim Thomas, Parkesburg's borough manager, reports that the parade will take place Saturday, October 29, 2016, with registration starting at 11:30 AM in the A. Duie Pyle parking lot, 100 S. Limestone Road, Parkesburg. The Parade will step off at 1:00 PM, traveling on West 1st. Ave and ending in Minch Park where prizes will be awarded. The Judges Stand will be in the area of the Arms Hotel.
