| The KVFD has announced it is continuing to down-sized its fleet and has placed Engine 8-1 up for sale. The price was reduced to $45,000.00
Engine 8-1 is a 1999 Custom KME class A pumper, 1250 GPM top mounted Hale pump with 750 Gals of water, 30 Gall Class A Foam System. The pump is a Hale QMAX125-21.
The Engine is a set-up with Rescue Style compartments and has a six (6)-man chassis with pre-piped deck gun, equipped with all the basic engine company compartments.
Mileage on the unit is 12, 595 with 1,573 hours. The Motor is a 350 HP Series 50.
The Engine has a 15,000 Watt PTO generator AMPS R-16 built into the lighting system. Generator hours are approximately 280 hours.
The Engine is in great condition, maintained every month and has all documentation of all maintenance.
The unit will come with some equipment and ladders.
The Engine has pre-connected hand lines and holds up to 2,000 feet of 5' Hose. 2 cross-lays, one trash line and three rear pre-connects with a direct fill in the rear.
