The Officers had a plaque made and also an old helmet that we presented to John Speers, owner-operator of Atglen Recycling for his continuing support and generosity for donating vehicles and the use of his facility for Vehicle Rescue training. He has never said no and has always supplied us with as many cars as we need.
On Wednesday, April 26, 2017, Lt. Tim "Hacksaw" Reynolds presented the plaque and helmet to Mr. Speers.
Lt. Reynold's said,"We are thankful that we have businessmen in our district like him who care and are willing to step up and help us out. It means a lot to KVFD that we have a facility like his and an owner like him in our district."
