Today KVFD traveled to Victory Brewing in West Sadsbury Township to provide CPR/AED training to its employees and management staff.

Instructors discussed the importance of workplace safety and reviewed basic first-aid, CPR and AED using lectures and practical skills.

Victory Brewing does have an AED on hand at all its facilities, and some staff are trained on it in case of an emergency. Today's training provided initial level training to some and refresher training to the others.

Training was provided by Past Chief Gathercole, On-Duty Staff FF/EMT Alyssa DeMarco & Kyle O'Brien along with another CPR/AED instructor Ian Torello from Station #78.
