The Keystone Valley Fire Department is seeking individuals interested in part-time employment for the following position:

Career Staff Supervisor

Certification, Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Current certification as a PADOH EMT (Instructor preferred) with minimum 5 Years of 911 experience
• Minimum of 3 years supervising 20+ employees in an emergency services capacity
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Strong Proficiency in all functions of “emscharts”
• Experience administrating a clinical QA / QI program
• Strong Knowledge of EMS billing processes
• Successful completion of an Emergency Vehicle Operators Course with EMSVO certification
• Associates Degree in Management, Health Sciences or related field preferred
• National Firefighter I Certification preferred
• Possession and maintenance of a valid Pennsylvania motor vehicle operator’s license and acceptable driving record of at least 5 years prior to beginning employment
