Last night at 1:51 AM, KVFD responded as part of a mutual aid assignment to the Weis Market to assist with three-alarm fire at the store.

Upon arrival, firefighters found heavy fire in the rear storage section and roof of the store. Seven ladder trucks, a tanker task force, multiple engine companies, rescue companies, and a rehab unit were operating. The fire was extinguished but there was an extensive overhaul required. Heavy smoke damage and water damage was found throughout the store.

KVFD units were clear at 7:33 AM.
