KVFD responded to Old Limestone Road north of Glen Run Road for a brush fire shortly after 4:00 PM.

Tac 8 and Engine 8-2 initially responded with the other KVFD units following. Firefighters had difficulty accessing the site due to soft fields and requested additional brush units.

Brush units from Christiana, Westwood and Modena also responded.

Assistant 8 had Limestone Road Command and he reported the incident to be under control at 4:54 PM.
