KVFD was dispatched to 100 Commons Drive in the West Sadsbury Commons for an auto fire shortly after 1630 hours. Battalion 44 was in the area and arrived to find a minivan with fire in the engine compartment in front of Pebbles in the complex.

Chief 8 arrived on-scene and confirmed the report. Ladder 8 arrived on-scene and deployed a bumper 1 3/4 hand-line and placed water on the fire. Tanker 8 arrived on-scene as the water tender in case additional water was needed.

Crews extinguished the fire and completed salvage and overhaul. PSP-E was dispatched to the scene as the incident was turned over to PSP-E.

The incident was handled on-scene with all apparatus clearing the scene at 1700 hours.
