Keystone Valley Fire Department traveled to Curiosity Corner Children's Academy in West Sadsbury Township for our Annual Fire Prevention with the pre-school children. KVFD put on a static display and also spoke to each classroom on the importance of fire safety.

Today over 70 children were able to have a guest speaker in their classroom's as well as get a tour of Ambulance 8-2, and Ladder 8 and Tac 8.

FF/EMT Steph Klingler and Chief Gathercole spoke to each classroom as FF Carley Stutzman, and Career FF/EMT Bambrick performed various tasks as a Firefighter in turnout gear. Assistant Engineer Rhoades assisted with the tours outside for each age group. Each child respective of their age was able to meet a firefighter and speak to them as well as ask questions.

KVFD would like to thank Curiosity Corner for their once again cooperation and support of fire prevention and continued working relationship with KVFD.
