At 3:54 PM, KVFD was dispatched to Rt.#10 at Crystal Springs for a crash reportedly involving three vehicles partially blocking. Amb 8-1 confirmed the report upon their arrival and found that there were no injuries. Firefighters assisted in hazard control while fire police assisted in traffic control.

The accident was investigated by the Parkesburg Borough police.
