Director Jared Dalmas received notification last week that the 2016 - 2017 Pennsylvania State Volunteer Fire Company and Volunteer Ambulance Service Grant program awards were awarded.

This year the Keystone Valley Fire Department was awarded $51,233.13 for use in fire operations and $15,494.21 for use in EMS operations. Mr Dalmas said, "These funds will go a long way to improving our capability to provide vital vehicle and communications equipment for communication with neighboring Lancaster County fire and EMS units."
