On Friday night at 7:27 PM, KVFD, with a paramedic from Brandywine Hospital, were dispatched for a motor vehicle crash reported to be serious on Rt.#10, Limestone Road, at Old Racetrack Road in Highland Township. Amb 8-2, Assistant 8, Rescue 8, FP 8-30,FP 8-32, and Tac 8 responded.

Assistant 8 assumed command and firefighters began a full extrication on the one vehicle. Extrication was completed and two patients were transported to the Paoli Hospital, and one to Brandywine Hospital by the EMS units.

Fire police units assisted in shutting down the road and directing traffic to ensure the safety of all responders.

At 8:44 PM, command was terminated and the road was re-opened.
