Joint Monday Night Training with Christiana Station # 52 - VRT

April 17, 2017

KVFD conducted joint vehicle rescue training with the Christiana Fire Company (Lancaster County) at Atglen Recycling on Monday evening April 17th.

Christiana FC asked KVFD if they would like to conduct joint scenario based training since the Companies work on the western boarder of Chester County together on incidents. KVFD and Christiana FC share a joint working agreement on incidents and this was a great way to allow Christiana members the opportunity to work with KVFD personnel in vehicle rescue.

Crews from both stations were partnered up with one another and performed several scenario based training's on vehicle extrication from cribbing vehicles into full extrication.

Thanks to Station # 52 for reaching out and working with KVFD on this training evolution.
