At 4:24 PM, KVFD was dispatched to a two-vehicle accident blocking reported at Common's Drive and W. Lincoln Highway in West Sadsbury Township. The actual location was then found to be at the intersection of Rt.#30/Rt.#10.The initial report was for one person with a hand injury although upon Chief 8's arrival he found that there were multiple injuries, none life-threatening, but some requiring ALS transport to a trauma center.

Additional resources were requested. Firefighters assisted with triage, EMS care, and hazard containment while fire police assisted with traffic control. Multiple EMS resources responded and transported patients for treatment at area hospitals.
