Rest in Peace - Past Chief Thaddeus "Bud" Wilde

We are saddened to announce that past Chief Bud Wilde passed away this morning. Chief Wilde was a Life Member of Parkesburg Fire Company, a Charter Member of the Keystone Valley Fire Department, and big supporter of our organization.

Fire chief Brian Gathercole said, "Bud Wilde came into contact with many people in Western Chester County and the surrounding areas to help them during their time of loss. Well, this is a tough loss to the Parkesburg area. Bud Wilde was a big part of Parkesburg Fire Company and was part of the consolidation of KVFD. His lifetime contribution to the Fire Department, the Borough of Parkesburg, and the area will not be forgotten."

Bud Wilde was a big supporter of the Ambulance division and spent many hours serving the community through the fire service.

Bud was a great man to learn from
I learned a lot over the years I knew him.
He will be greatly missed by the fire dept.
