KVFD is blessed with great volunteers with many years of service and dedication.

Today we thank Gary Myers who has been serving our Communities for over 50 years. Yes over “50” years of continued service!

Started at Modena Fire Company at the age of 15. After moving to Parkesburg, Gary joined Parkesburg Fire Company and continued to serve his community. Thanks to Richard Klingler who handed Gary a membership to join Parkesburg Station # 28 which is now KVFD.
