KVFD was invited back to International Paper in West Sadsbury Township to conduct a in-person site tour with Safety Manager Mark Doody of IP.

KVFD Officers and Career Staff toured the 440,000 square foot facility in West Sadsbury Township to review what has occurred inside and outside the facility.

Founded in 1898, International Paper is an American pulp and paper company that manufactures paper, packaging, and wood products. They also offer coated paperboard, corrugated packaging, food containers, and recycling. We are fortunate to have International Paper in our area which brings around 150 jobs to the area.

Throughout the tour KVFD personnel were able to see the state of the art equipment operating within the facility. KVFD has planned to expand its site planning upon this location by conducting several training's for all its members and wanted to get inside for a look in person to determine its focus points.
