On September 28th, 2023 the Keystone Valley Fire Department was dispatched to the 400 block of Zion Hill Road in West Sadsbury Township for an auto accident.

Ambulance 8 and Deputy 8 (Klingler) made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center of a landscaping truck overturning onto another vehicle while delivering mulch.

Deputy 8 arrived to confirm the report and advised that 1 patient would need to be evaluated. Ambulance 8 arrived and began patient care and upon the arrival of Rescue 8 their crew was advised to control the hazards on the vehicle. Deputy 8 made a request for additional fire police to assist at the scene which summoned the Christiana Fire Company (Lancaster County). A representative from Null's Towing arrived and the scene was turned over to the tow company.

Deputy 8 cleared all Keystone Valley Fire Department units at 15:24.
