Two-Vehicle Auto Accident In Highland Township

On June 12th, 2024, at 21:14 the Cochranville Fire Company along with Keystone Valley Fire Department EMS were dispatched to the intersection of Friendship Church and Limestone Roads in Highland Township for an auto accident.

Ambulance 8-1 and the Cochranville Fire Company units made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center of a two-vehicle accident with unknown injuries. Additional callers report at least 1 person injured and someone was possibly trapped in their vehicle. Deputy 27 (Kocher) arrived to confirm a 2 vehicle accident with no entrapment and at least 1 patient.


Ambulance 8-1 arrived and their crew triaged the scene for potential patients. Rescue 27 arrived and controlled the hazards on the vehicle and swept debris up from the roadway. Ambulance 8-1 transported 1 patient to an area hospital for a further evaluation while Rescue 27 remained on the scene to provide lighting and traffic control around the scene.

Ambulance 8-1 cleared the call at 23:02.
