On August 21st, 2024, Keystone Valley Fire Department was dispatched to the area of North Church Street and Main Street in Parkesburg Borough for an auto accident.

Rescue, Ambulance 8-1, Ambulance 8-2 all made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center of a three-vehicle accident with 1 subject to be checked by EMS. Deputy 8 (Klingler) arrived to confirm the report and held the assignment to the ambulances.

Ambulance 8-1 and Ambulance 8-2 arrived and began patient care. The Parkesburg Borough Police Department handled the accident scene investigation while also assisting with traffic control.

The final Keystone Valley Fire Department unit cleared the scene at 17:58.
