On December 23rd, 2024, at 9:46 Wagontown Fire Company along with mutual aid were dispatched to the 100 block of Barbara Lane in West Caln for a reported mobile home fire.

Wagontown Fire Company units along with Engine, Tanker, Rescue 8 and mutual aid made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported an unoccupied mobile home was on fire. A "Working Fire" dispatch was transmitted to add additional resources to the assignment. FM 28 (Peters) arrived and reported a fully involved abandoned mobile home with exposures to nearby structures.

Chief 35 (Reber) arrived and assumed the "Barbara Lane Command" while Deputy 35 (Ziegler) held the operations.

As resources arrived, they were given their assignments by the commander. The fire was officially placed under control at 10:15 by the commander.

All Keystone Valley Fire Department units were cleared at 13:46
