On February 8th we will be teaming up with Donna Imbierowicz and her family to hand out CO detectors to members in the community.

The Imbierowicz family suffered the lose of their daughter and due to that have started to find ways to find a way to help the community. We will be giving out CO detectors from 0900 hours to 11 am on February 8th to members in the community that are in need of one. If someone needs on they can come to the KVFD central fire station to obtain one.

Donna Imbierowicz’s daughter was killed by a CO (Carbon Monoxide) incident and a Foundation on was created in her honor in 2016.

The family over the past years have made it a point to purchase CO detectors to be handed out within communities to those who do not have them in their daughters honor.

The Imbierowicz family has partnered with the Point in Parkesburg & KVFD to get the CO detectors handed out to families that need them in the Parkesburg

The Carly Imbierowicz Foundation was established in October 2016 After Carly's Short and Sweet 16 Years On Earth ended Tragically from CO The Silent Killer. We want to Share Carly's Story to Save Lives and Share Carly's Inspirational Compassion and Passion for Kids, Animals, Nature, and Travel while Advocating the Right of Every Living Creature to be able to Breathe Oxygen and Live Happier and Healthier Lifestyles in a World that Desperately Needs Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Advocacy.

We thank the Imbierowicz’s family for making it their mission to raise awareness of carbon monoxide.
