KVFD wants to wish the best of luck to one of our active volunteer members as he sends off for the US Air Force.

Firefighter Michael G. Pawlowski ("Little Pope") is leaving for the United States Air Force. Mike is being assigned to Lackland air force base in San Antonio,Texas.

Michael is a 2023 Graduate of Octorara High School and completed the Homeland Security & Protective Services Academy for Octorara High School, graduating with his Firefighter 1.

Michael has been a top ten responder for KVFD since joining and has proven his commitment to the volunteer fire service and shown his dedication to our agency following in his families' footsteps of dedication and service.

Lastly, Michael was employed by Keystone Fire & Security in Downingtown, Pa. and has grown to become a very active part of our organization at KVFD.
