On June 2nd, 2025, at 20:55 Sadsburyville Fire Company along with Keystone Valley Fire Department EMS were dispatched to the 2800 block of Lincoln Highway in Sadsbury Township for an auto accident.

Sadsburyville Fire Company units made the response along with Ambulance 8-1 and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported a 2-vehicle accident with blocking.

Valley Township Police Department arrived and confirmed that the accident occurred in Valley Township but ended up in Sadsbury Township. Sadsburyville Fire Company units arrived and handled the hazards on the vehicles along with debris removal from the roadway. Ambulance 8-1 arrived and began triaging the scene for patients. Ambulance 8-1 determined that there would be 2 patients and requested a 2nd ambulance to the scene. Washington Hose Company EMS was dispatched as the 2nd ambulance. Upon Ambulance 41's arrival their crew was given a 2nd patient along with a report by the 8 crew.

Ambulance 8 and Ambulance 41 both transported their respective patients to an area hospital. Rescue 31 remained on the scene to assist the police department with lighting of the scene and to await the arrival of a tow company.

Ambulance 8 cleared the call at 22:38.
