Auto Accident With Reported Confinement In West Sadsbury Township |

On June 26th, 2025, at 18:53 Keystone Valley Fire Department was dispatched to the area of Moscow Road and W Lincoln Highway in West Sadsbury Township for an accident with reported confinement. Rescue, Ambulance, Tac, Utility, Traffic 8 all made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the individual involved in the accident was not injured but was unable to get out of the vehicle due to wires being down on his truck. Due to numerous trees and wires down on all major and side roads access to the scene was delayed by responding units. Tac, Ambulance, Chief 8 (Marks) arrived to find the subjects were out of the vehicle and uninjured. Chief 8 requested a response from Peco due to the utility poles and wires down blocking Lincoln Highway in West Sadsbury Township. Chief 8 also requested a fire police task force to the scene to shut down the roadway and direct traffic around the accident scene. All Keystone Valley Fire Department units were cleared from the scene at 19:28. Fire Police remained on the scene as Lincoln Highway would have an extensive shutdown time due to the storm damage. |
