Dual Ambulance Response To A Rollover Accident In Sadsbury Township

On October 29th, 2025, at 12:46 Sadsburyville Fire Company along with Keystone Valley Fire Department EMS were dispatched to mile marker 268.1 East Bound on the Route 30 Bypass for an auto accident.

Sadsburyville Fire Company units along with Ambulance 8-1 and Ambulance 8-2 made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported 1 vehicle overturned with unknown injuries and entrapment. Additional callers reported 1 occupant out of the vehicle walking around the scene with grey smoke coming from the vehicle.

Ambulance 8-1 and Ambulance 8-2 were the first arriving units to confirm the reports and their crews began patient care. Sadsburyville Fire Company units arrived and took a blocking position of the scene and their crews handled the hazards on the vehicle. Deputy 31 (Grossman) arrived and assumed the command role for this incident.

Ambulance 8-1 transported 1 subject to an area hospital for a further evaluation and Ambulance 8-2 was released from the scene to cover the area. Sadsburyville Fire Company units remained on the scene until the arrival of the Pennsylvania State Police and a local tow company and then the scene was turned over to the police department.

Ambulance 8-1 cleared the call at 14:23.
