On November 10th, 2025, at 16:15 Keystone Valley Fire Department was dispatched to the 200 block of Main Street in Parkesburg Borough for an auto accident.

Keystone Valley Fire Department units responded and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported a 3-vehicle accident with 1-vehicle on it's side.

Keystone Valley Fire Department units arrived along with the Parkesburg Police Department to confirm the report. All operators were self-extricated from their respective vehicles. Ambulance 8 handled patient care and luckily obtained refusal on all subjects as their injuries were minor. Rescue 8 handled the hazards on the vehicles and swept debris from the roadway.

Ambulance 8 was released from the scene by the Rescue while they stood by to assist the police department with their investigation of the scene. Keystone Valley Fire Police shut down the roadway until a tow company arrived, and the scene could be cleared.

All Keystone Valley Fire Department units cleared the scene at 16:56.
