Today, KVFD was requested to assist Gap Fire Company and Pequea Valley Fire Department with a training drill focused on rural water movement in Lancaster County.
Tanker 8 joined several mutual-aid companies from Lancaster County, giving our crews the opportunity to work together while getting valuable hands-on experience with rural water supply operations.
Training like this strengthens our regional partnerships and helps ensure that when the call comes, we are prepared to work seamlessly with our neighboring departments.
