| If the fire company is unable to find or connect to the closest fire hydrant during a fire, unable to access your driveway or front door there could be a delay in providing fire protection and or ambulance service.
Help the fire company help you by clearing snow and ice from the closest fire hydrant and your driveway/walkway. If you know of a neighbor or friend that needs your help, make sure theirs is clear as well.
Seconds are vital during a fire or other emergency; make sure those seconds are not wasted on the fire company having to find or clear the fire hydrant and driveway through the snow!
