| Some Halloween Trick-or-Treat Safety Tips from the Fire and Police Department:
- Always wear reflective clothing.
- Carry a flashlight.
- Never walk alone; walk with an adult
- Only go to houses of people you know.
- Have an adult check all candy before eating.
- Cross streets at corners, using traffic signals and/or crosswalks
- Always watch for cars that are turning or backing up
