Past Chief Stackhouse Recognized for his Service to the County

Today, our Past Chief, Raymond Stackhouse was recognized by the Chester County Commissioners for his service as President of the Chester County Fire Chiefs Association for the last four years. Since March 2013, he also served as the first Chief of the Keystone Valley Fire Department. The Commissioners recognized his service in their meeting today and presented him with a citation.

Chief Stackhouse was involved with many tasks and accomplishments in his tenure as President of Chester County Fire Chiefs Association including assisting in and supporting the construction of the new public safety training facility.He remains an active member of the KVFD and has stepped in to assist the Chief Officers as the Department’s training coordinator. Raymond also leads a weekly fitness training session and serves as the interim administrator for the Fire District. He works as a career firefighter/paramedic in Thorndale and East Whiteland.
