At 9:06 AM - KVFD and surrounding mutual aid EMS and fire police units were dispatched to a serious accident on Rt. #10, between Chapel Avenue and Main Street in Parkesburg. Ass't Chief Klingler arrived and assumed Command. He reported that two vehicles were involved with three persons entrapped.
At 9:20 AM, Ass't Chief Klingler reported that extrication was complete. Firefighters completed hazard control while multiple EMS units cared for and transported the three patients.
Area fire police closed Rt.#10.
The Parkesburg police are investigating. The roadway will remain closed for a few hours.
