At 2:51am KVFD, and surrounding mutual aid units responded to a major residential house fire at the row of homes on Washington Street in the Borough of Parkesburg.

100 blk Washington St - House Fire
Fire department enroute for a report of two houses involved with possible entrapment. Reported back of the house on fire.
3:00 - FD on scene with heavy fire showing. Working fire dispatch
3:04am - 2nd alarm requested.
3:11am - PECO priority for wires and gas
3:16am - 6 homes well off. Entire row involved which consisted of three duplexes.
3:30am - 2nd floor of one residence not safe and started to collapse. All units out of there.
Mayday declared for a firefighter down in the basement of one of the homes
3:51am - Mayday cleared. FF located and extricated to the rear of the building
3:58am - units are going completely defensive
4:15am - Approx. 75 firefighters on scene. All accounted for. Units are still working.
