On August 31st, 2024, at 5:00 am Keystone Valley Fire Department was dispatched to the 800 block of Octorara Trail in West Sadsbury Township for an auto accident.

Chief 8 (Gathercole), Rescue, traffic and Ambulance 8-1 all made the response and were advised of a single vehicle that had rolled over with at least 1 subject to be checked.

Keystone Valley Fire Department units arrived to confirm the report and advised that there would be 3 subjects to be checked by EMS. Chief 8 confirmed the accident started in West Sadsbury Township but ended up in Sadsbury Township and a notification was made to Chief 31 (McCarthy). Rescue 8's crew swept debris from the roadway and secured hazards on the vehicles and Ambulance 8-1 obtained 3 refusals on the patients.

All Keystone Valley Fire Department units cleared the scene at 5:55 am.
