Ambulance 8-2 arrived and confirmed the working fire and reported all occupants were evacuated from the house. Deputy 8 (Cazillo) arrived and held the command and requested a "Working Fire Dispatch". First arriving units began suppression efforts and as additional units arrived, they were tasked with suppression, ventilation, Salvage and Overhaul efforts. The fire was placed under control at 11:00 with all hands working.
Deputy 8 made notifications to the utility companies along with the local and Chester County Fire Marshal's office so that they could investigate the fire scene. A request was also made to Belfor so that the property could be boarded up and secured for the property owners.
All units were clear from the scene at 12:30.
