On July 22nd, 2025, at 10:16 Sadsburyville Fire Company along with Keystone Fire Department EMS Division were dispatched to the 100 block of Octorara Road in Sadsbury Township for an auto accident.

Sadsburyville Fire Company units along with Ambulance 8-2 made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller was reported a pickup truck had driven around the barriers which were blocking a bridge that was closed and was reportedly stuck on top of one with fluids leaking into a creek. The operator was assisted out of the vehicle prior to the arrival of emergency responder's arrival.

Sadsburyville Fire Company units and Ambulance 8-2 arrived and determined that EMS services would not be needed and Ambulance 8-2 was released from the scene. Sadsburyville Fire Company units remained on the scene to further assess what actions would be needed to be taken for the fluid control.

Ambulance 8-2 cleared the scene at 10:39.
