| On August 5th, 2025, Keystone Valley Fire Department along with Christiana EMS and Westwood Paramedics were dispatched to the 5200 block of Strasburg Road in West Sadsbury Township for an auto accident reported serious.
Keystone Valley Fire Department units, Lancaster Ambulance 46, Medic 344 all made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported a single vehicle went up an embankment and overturned multiple times in a field.
Keystone Valley Fire Department units arrived to confirm the report and started patient care until the arrival of EMS. Ambulance 46 arrived, and patient care was transferred to their personnel. Rescue 8's crew handled the hazards on the vehicle and debris removal from the field during this time Ladder 8 was diverted to a reported critical medical emergency in Parkesburg Borough to assist Westwood-Ambulance 44, Ambulance 8-2, Tower Direct-Micu 93.
Christiana EMS obtained a refusal on 2 subjects and were released from the scene followed shortly after by Rescue 8. Keystone Valley Fire Police remained on the scene to direct traffic while the West Sadsbury Township Police Department and tow company operated at the scene.
