On August 6th, 2025, at 19:17 Keystone Valley Fire Department was dispatched to the area of Church and Main Streets in Parkesburg Borough for an auto accident.

Keystone Valley Fire Department units made the response and were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported a 2-vehicle accident with at least one subject to be checked. Ambulance 8-2 arrived and began triaging the scene for possible patients and determined that there would only be one patient. Rescue 8 arrived led by Lieutenant (Garver) arrived and controlled the hazards on the vehicles. Chief 8 (Marks) arrived and assumed command of the scene and directed the fire police to the proper intersections to direct traffic around the scene.

Ambulance 8-2 transported 1 patient to an area hospital for a further evaluation. Rescue 8 remained on the scene to assist the Parkesburg Police Department and Null's Tow Company as needed.

All Keystone Valley Fire Department units were clear from this call at 20:44.
