On December 3rd, 2025, at 06:59 Ambulance 8-1 was returning from a coffee run when they were flagged down in the area of Leike Road and Octorara Trail for an auto accident involving a tractor trailer.

Ambulance 8-1 advised the Chester County 911 Center to have the Sadsburyville Fire Company dispatched as well as the accident would be located in Sadsbury Township while they checked for injuries. Ambulance 8-1 confirmed the tractor trailer had struck a telephone pole bringing down wires along with some road signs. Ambulance 8-1 confirmed there were no injuries and when Rescue 31 made the response advised Captain 31 (Rust) of the situation.

Rescue 31 arrived and their crew swept debris from the roadway while also directing traffic around the scene. Ambulance 8-1 was cleared from the scene by Captain 31. Rescue 31 and the fire police remained on the scene until the arrival of the police department.

Ambulance 8-1 cleared the scene at 07:13.
