Upon arrival, Sadsburyville Fire Company confirmed the incident. Crews began to provide patient care until Ambulance 8-1 arrived. When Ambulance 8-1 reached the scene, Chief 31 (McCarthy) informed the crew that at least one person would need to be taken to the hospital due to injuries from the crash. After patient care was handed over to Ambulance 8-1 personnel, it was determined that three patients needed to be transported to the hospital for further evaluation.
