Reported Building Fire At Advance Auto Parts In West Sadsbury Township

On March 3rd, 2026, at 20:36 p.m., the Keystone Valley Fire Department and mutual aid partners were dispatched to the 700 block of Commons Drive in West Sadsbury Township for a reported building fire.
Responding units were informed by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported an electrical burning odor and visible smoke inside the business.
Battalion 44 (Sly) arrived first and found nothing showing from the exterior of the building. Lancaster Chief 52 (Vandenbosch) assumed command of the incident, and assignments were given to arriving crews. The situation was mitigated quickly by personnel on scene.
The incident was placed under control at 20:48 p.m. by the incident commander, and the response was reduced to units from Keystone Valley, Sadsburyville, and Christiana Fire Company.
All units cleared the scene at 20:58.
